Kiev Aftermath depicts daily life in Ukraine's capital during the weeks following the Euromaidan protests of 2014.

 

The unfolding events and emerging subculture of revolution further solidified a sense of polarized national identities. To this day political in-fighting continues to provoke a weary consciousness over Ukraine’s future. 

From funerals, street fights and armed forces, to celebrations of fashion shows and Orthodox Easter, for twelve months I witnessed the post-revolutionary climate of the capital morph into the complex situation that Ukraine faces today.
